Revenue Enablement Specialist

  • Hybrid
    • London, England, United Kingdom
  • £58,000 - £65,000 per year
  • Revenue Operations

Job description

UpSlide is the document production layer for financial services.

We orchestrate LLMs, machine learning, and workflow agents within Microsoft 365 to deliver reliable, quality outputs in the most efficient and cost-effective way. As a Microsoft Solutions Partner, with 14+ years supporting financial services teams, we bring together expertise from the tech, finance and design fields to help clients like KPMG, BNP Paribas, Rothschild & Co. boost productivity while improving brand consistency across their corporate documents.

We are a certified B Corporation, upholding the belief that businesses should have a positive impact on society.

The team 🧑‍🤝‍🧑

You'll be joining our Revenue Operations team, reporting directly to Henri Zundel, our Head of Revenue Operations. We're looking for a fresh approach and stronger structure to how we support our go-to-market teams, and as this is a newly structured Sales Enablement function, you'll have real ownership in shaping how the team works with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Product from day one.

Team goals 🎯

Our Revenue Operations team exists to help our go-to-market teams work smarter and faster, so they can focus on selling and delivering value to our clients rather than fighting process gaps. Sales Enablement is central to that mission: making sure every AE and CSM ramps up quickly, keeps their skills sharp, and always has the right product and marketing information at hand.

Your responsibilities 🖋️

Mission 1: Build our Sales Enablement foundations from scratch

  • Set up the go-to-market foundations and routines for Sales, and potentially Customer Success

  • Design and roll out onboarding and ramp-up processes for new joiners (first 6 months to 1 year)

  • Structure a continuous training framework, defining the skills expected at each level for each role (AE, CSM)

  • Work in tandem with the People Departement to create career paths with clear competencies expected per level (junior to senior)

Mission 2: Make sure the right information reaches the field

  • Act as the framework owner, not a trainer or coach: you define what “good” looks like and how it gets delivered

  • Ensure Marketing and Product effectively train and inform our go-to-market teams on new features, positioning and messaging

  • Partner with managers, who remain responsible for hands-on, role-specific coaching

You'll work daily with Gong, Notion, Salesforce.

Your goals ⚡

  • 3 months: complete an audit of our existing enablement practices and materials

  • 6 months: have your first concrete process live (e.g. a structured onboarding journey)

  • 9 months: deliver two structuring projects, including defined career paths with competencies by level

At UpSlide, we have a career path to help you grow.

Job requirements

You are a great fit if you have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales/Revenue Enablement, ideally in B2B SaaS

  • Experience in an enterprise sales context (persona-based approach, structured methodology) rather than SMB

  • A proactive mindset: you've already improved a process on your own initiative, without waiting to be asked

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days of remote work per week.

We’d love it if:

  • You're familiar with Gong and Salesforce

  • You have experience building career paths or skill frameworks

✨ If you don’t tick all the boxes but you think you’d be a great fit, please apply and tell us why.
