Your responsibilities 🖋️

HR Administration

  • Prepare and manage all administrative steps for new joiners (contracts, payroll information, documentation, etc.)

  • Handle administrative offboarding processes (final documents and exit checklists)

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Lucca)

  • Review expenses for accuracy and compliance with internal policies

  • Support the administration of employee benefits (e.g., health insurance, mobility perks)

  • Support the Finance team in administrative tasks (receipts, dividend declaration, etc)

Employee Support

  • Manage and respond to employee requests via the ticketing system (HR documentation, employment verification letters, policy questions, etc.)

  • Support HR documentation management, templates, and process updates

  • Organize and plan the global onboarding

  • Support global HR reporting and audits by providing accurate data and documentation.

You will get the opportunity to work with tools like Lucca, Silae, Trinet, and of course, Notion!

Job requirements

You’re a great fit if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role (internships count!)

  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written

  • Excellent communication skills in both languages

  • Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
