The Revenue Operations team is a Business Partner for all customer-facing teams at UpSlide, covering 5 geographies (France, UK, Germany, US, Singapore). It is responsible for our commercial tool stack, our Sales and Customer Success processes and enablement, and informing GTM strategy through the generation of insights.
The team is in a fast-scaling phase, based on solid financials and full C-suite support, to contribute to a 30% growth trajectory.
Four strong today, the team has three pillar missions: Insights&Analytics, Tools&Processes and GTM teams Enablement.
Across all of our offices, you’ll partner with Marketing, Sales, CSM, Sales Admin, and Product teams to drive impact across every BU.

As a Senior RevOps Manager, you will be a valuable addition to the team to accompany the company's growth. You will play a crucial role by delivering Build&Run projects, aiming at empowering the GTM teams, so that they have everything they need to perform and support our scaling strategy.

Your responsibilities 🖋️
You will support and enable global GTM teams to grow ARR efficiently by providing strategic insights through Data & Analysis projects and optimizing our tool stack and processes. You will join a growing team eager to deliver impactful projects, at the heart of our scaling strategy.
Improve Tools & Processes (40%)
Own the selection and integration of tools and platforms that support revenue operations
Streamline revenue-generating processes to reduce friction and enhance customer experience, including sales and retention funnels, continuous improvement to increase conversion rates, velocity, and revenue
Provide support to GTM teams and maintain updated documentation
Monitor Tools&Processes adoption and ROI
Train new joiners and existing teams for continuous optimal usage
Leverage Data & Insights (40%)
Act as a guarantor for CRM data accuracy and data hygiene processes
Build recommendations to get accurate and enriched data
Ensure revenue managers have the relevant monitoring tools to follow up with targets and team empowerment
Produce relevant analysis to identify optimisation opportunities and inform strategic decisions
Monitor Revenue Teams’ Performance (20%)
Measure performance, build and maintain relevant reporting and DataViz solutions for leadership, managers, and ICs (KPI definition, Salesforce/Planhat/Power BI dashboards)
Own target management and bonus schemes implementation
Job requirements
You are a great fit if you have:
Full professional proficiency in English & French
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations in a B2B Saas environment
Top-class project management and planning skills; you thrive in dynamic, multitasking environments, and embrace new challenges with enthusiasm
A data-driven, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach to any challenge
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
An analytical and problem-solving mindset
The ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Advanced mastery of Salesforce (automation, workflows, reporting, and CRM management)
Hands-on experience with revenue tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Planhat) to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks
Strong data, process, and performance culture; you thrive in turning raw data into actionable insights.
