  • Happiness at work: We enjoy looking on the bright side and we share our enthusiasm with our colleagues and clients.

The team 🧑‍🤝‍🧑

Mission 2 (30% of time dedicated)

  • Monitor and measure the capability and standards of our international Sales team, and provide one-to-one or one-to-many coaching sessions.

  • Partner with our sales leadership team to identify key areas for further development, and build materials accordingly.

Mission 3 (20% of time dedicated)

  • Build recommendations for sales organizational development, from career progression paths for our sales team members, to overall organizational structure.

Your goals ⚡

  • 1 month: Build a solid understanding of our sales cycle, methodology, tools, and current capability levels.

  • 3 months: Start to own the standards in our sales funnel, identify areas for collective improvement, and work with our Sales Capability Leads to build a curriculum of training for our salespeople. Run one to several group training, and begin up-leveling our sellers.

  • 6 months: Have developed a plan for a future iteration of our Sales Academy, with a multi-year vision for sales excellence and improvement.
