Your responsibilities

People Operations missions (4 days/week)

  • Own the compensation and benefits process

    • Global Compensation

      • Externalized payroll for Germany, UK and Singapore

      • Internalized payroll for France & the US

    • Process optimization

    • Review and approve all expenses submitted by employees

  • Build, maintain, and enhance the administrative experience at UpSlide (such as contract building) - we have recently implemented Lucca as our HRIS

  • Collaborate with external stakeholders (Urssaf, Health insurances, Payroll providers, Lawyers…) to maintain efficient and consistent processes

  • Responsible for key information centralization at a global level

    • Knowledge management: maintain UpSlide’s policies up to date

    • Document all People Ops processes

  • Be a trusted advisor to employees and managers by handling questions related to policies and processes; handle sensitive employee information with discretion

  • Ensure a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience, supporting employees throughout their journey

Projects (1 day/week)

  • Partner with department heads and managers on opportunities to improve the employee experience and overall efficiency across the company

  • Identify, recommend, and implement company policies, programs, and processes to enact changes that preserve our culture while helping us evolve to support business and employee growth

  • Responsible for the smooth running of our global onboarding

Job requirements

You are a great fit if you have:

  • 3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Experience with internalized payroll in France (worked with Silae before)

  • Worked in an international environment

  • A fluent level in French and a good level of English

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

But also if:

  • You are proactive and team-oriented

  • You enjoy helping people and solving problems autonomously

  • You are very thorough and analytical
