The team 🧑‍🤝‍🧑

Join our multi-disciplinary Global Marketing team of 10+ people, reporting to the Design Director.
You’ll be based in our Parisian office with Florian, your Manager, and Julie, the Graphic Designer Manager. You'll work closely with your marketing teammates and our Product, Sales, and Professional Services teams worldwide.

The design team creates high-value materials to engage prospects and clients at every stage of the funnel. Beyond this, the design team is central to shaping and owning the entire visual identity of our brand, giving a wide range of creative motion and influence.
You’ll learn the specifics of the Finance and Tech industry to understand what our clients and prospects care most about, enabling you to craft high-quality, valuable designs that effectively address their needs.

Your responsibilities 🖋️

  • Design Production (50%)

    • Motion Graphics: Develop engaging motion design content such as explainer videos, product demos, animated ads, and social media animations in collaboration with the design lead.

    • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs and animations adhere to the company’s brand guidelines, maintaining visual consistency across productions.

  • Brand identity (20%)

    • Ideation & Concept Development: Contribute to brainstorming sessions, helping to develop creative concepts for campaigns and video projects.

    • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on motion design and graphic design trends to incorporate fresh ideas into marketing materials.

  • Marketing Support (30%)

    • Campaign Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team members to create visual assets for global campaigns, including paid media, email, and social media.

    • Asset Optimization: Prepare and optimize visual assets for various channels, ensuring high-quality performance on web and mobile platforms.

    • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with content writers, product marketers, and developers to align on creative needs and timelines.

Job requirements

You are a great fit if you have:

  • Skills in creating animations, transitions, and dynamic visuals using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro

  • Expertise in design principles (color, typography, composition) with proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.

  • The ability to conceptualize ideas and inject them into visual productions

  • The ability to understand and apply brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual assets.

  • A strong team spirit, with effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, developers).

  • The ability to generate innovative solutions to creative challenges under tight deadlines and evolving project requirements

  • Understanding of marketing principles, audience engagement, and familiarity with platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to tailor content effectively

You will need to be fluent in French and have a minimum C1 level in English

We’d love it if you have:

  • Experience working in finance or tech, or have a strong interest in these sectors

  • An expertise in the Adobe suite, especially After Effect, and a decent knowledge of Figma

  • A strong and generous creative spirit

  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Already collaborated with multiple stakeholders within a project (e.g. content writers, product teams)
